Raj Kundra and Shilpa Shetty have finally got a breather. Raj, whose involvement in the IPL betting is still being probed, has been given back his passport and the couple has taken the first flight out. It is a much-needed break for the couple who has been going through a rather tough time.
Earlier this month, the Delhi Police chief had claimed that Raj, the co-owner of Rajasthan Royals, has confessed about his involvement in IPL betting, which the businessman vehemently denied. Shilpa's name was also eventually dragged into the controversy.
A source close to the couple told Mumbai Mirror: " They had planned the trip last month, but since Raj had to surrender his passport, it got postponed. However, now he has got his papers back and can go for the trip." Both Raj and Shipa's parents are accompanying the couple. "They will spend around a month in London before travelling to Portugal, where they will stay for a week. "
